Cabra Road is the main artery and it earns that title. Two-way traffic, cycle lanes, bus stops, and the junction at the North Circular Road all within a short stretch. From your first lesson on this road you are dealing with real Dublin conditions.
Fassaugh Road runs parallel and is narrower. Cars parked tight on both sides mean you are sharing a single effective lane with whoever is coming the other way. Gap judgment gets practised here whether you like it or not.
Old Cabra Road past Dalymount Park is even tighter. Speed ramps, vans on the kerb, and blind bends. The kind of road where you realise how wide a standard car actually is.
