Gift Voucher Terms

Validity

All gift vouchers purchased after 2nd December 2019 have a 5 year expiry from date of purchase. From the date a voucher is redeemed, all lessons must be used within 6 months.

Purchase Value

The purchase value of any gift voucher remains the same for 5 years. If a package value has increased since the point of purchase, the difference in value must be paid at the time of redemption.

The number of driving lessons displayed on gift vouchers are reflective of the price of lessons at the point of purchase. At the time the voucher is redeemed, if the total price for the number of lessons displayed on the voucher exceeds the price paid for the voucher, any price difference must be paid.

Delivery

Vouchers are issued by email to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference.

Transferability

All vouchers are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change the date or time of a lesson, RSA School of Motoring requires a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we can rebook another pupil into that instructor's time slot. Should you be unable to keep to your booked appointment and give less than 48 hours notice, then your lesson fee will still be due and deducted from your voucher lesson total.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
